Wrap each half with plastic wrap and place in microwave for 10 minutes. Poke a fork in the edge close to the skin to see if it's done - if not, continue microwaving for a couple more minutes.
Remove from oven. If you don't want to use it right then, place it in the fridge for no more than 2 days, leaving plastic wrap on.
If you are ready to use, remove plastic wrap and start scraping out with a fork - it will look like spaghetti.
Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add egg and season with salt and pepper. Scramble and cook until done.
Add spaghetti squash, green onions, broccoli, carrots, and sesame seeds. Mix together.
Add butter and season with salt and pepper.
When butter has melted, add soy sauce.
Continue to cook over medium-high to high heat, stirring frequently.
