Crust: In a large bowl, combine pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove and chill. Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and cool whip. Spread onto crust. Topping: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add jello, mix until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries, chill until starts to thicken. Pour over cream cheese filling and then refrigerate. Enjoy!
