Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Wash strawberries. Remove hull and slice, placing into large mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup sugar and orange juice. Mix well and refrigerate.
In another large mixing bowl using a fork, combine Bisquick, ½ cup sugar, and 2/3 cup milk. Turn out onto a well-floured surface. Roll into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar. Roll up and cut into 8 slices. Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slightly flatten with hand. Brush with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a small mixing bowl, using an electric mixer beat whipping cream with 2 TB of sugar until stiff peaks form, 3-5 minutes. Refrigerate till ready to use.
To serve: Split biscuits in half horizontally. Place one biscuit on bottom of plate and spoon strawberries over top; dollop with whipped cream. Cover with biscuit top and finish with a little dollop of whipped cream and strawberries. Enjoy!
