On an ungreased cookie sheet, spread out crescent roll dough into a rectangle, pressing all seams together. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Spread evenly over cooled crust. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, carrots, red pepper and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture, pressing down. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When serving, you can cut them into squares or shapes using a cookie cutter. Enjoy!
