Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with taco seasoning and beef broth over medium heat until meat is done. While beef is cooking, chop your green onions and yellow onion and set aside. Remove beef onto plate and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add yellow onion, green onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add green chilies, soup and cooked beef, stir until mixed well. Remove from heat. In a medium mixing bowl, combine enchilada sauce and refried beans, whisking well. Cut flour tortillas in half. If using corn tortillas, no need to cut. In a greased 9x12 baking dish, place 1 layer of tortillas. Next layer meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add another layer of tortillas. Next layer bean mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Repeat steps once more ending with tortillas. Top with shredded cheese. (Try to cover entire tortillas with mixture so they don't dry out) Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned. Garnish with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
