Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 lbs Sirloin, cut into very thin strips
1/4 cup Butter
1 yellow Onion, diced
8 oz fresh Mushrooms, sliced
dash of garlic salt
dash of paprika
Seasoned Salt and Pepper to taste
2 TB Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Tomato Juice
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz Sour Cream

Rice or Egg Noodles

Instructions

Brown the sirloin strips in the butter, along with the onion and mushrooms. Add the seasonings, Worcestershire Sauce and Tomato juice. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the soup and sour cream. Heat gently.
Serve over Rice or Egg Noodles. Enjoy!
