Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Shortening
3 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
29oz can solid-pack Pumpkin
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Cloves

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 6 mini loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add pumpkin, flour, salt, soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Pour into pans and bake. 1 hour for loaf pans - 30 minutes for mini-loaf pans. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pans. Enjoy!
