Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.Cut or shred chicken into bite-sized pieces; place in baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, mix the soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. In another small mixing bowl, combine cracker crumbs, poppy seed and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
