Unwrap caramels and place in a bowl.
Add milk. Microwave until melted. (About 5 minutes intervals but careful not to burn).
When completely melted, add pecans and butter. Mix well.
Place foil onto a cookie sheet. Grease with Pam. (I've started using the nonstick foil and it works great!)
Spray a cookie scoop with Pam and drop onto foil wrapped cookie sheet. Press a pecan into the top.
Refrigerate to cool and set up.
Melt almond bark according to package. Dip turtle into chocolate and set on wax paper. Let cool. Package and enjoy!!
