Fried Corn

Ingredients

6 ears of frozen corn, thawed
1 stick of butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt

Let corn thaw in refrigerator overnight or rinse with warm water to thaw quickly.

With a large knife, cut corn off cob. Scrape edge of cob with knife blade to clean the cob of all kernels.

In a large sauce pan, add corn, butter, milk, sugar and salt. Cook over medium high heat stirring often.

When corn begins to boil, lower temperature and let cook for about 30 minutes.
