Fried Corn

Ingredients

- 6 ears of frozen corn, thawed
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Let corn thaw in refrigerator overnight or rinse with warm water to thaw quickly.

  2. With a large knife, cut corn off cob. Scrape edge of cob with knife blade to clean the cob of all kernels.

  3. In a large saucepan, add corn, butter, milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often.

  4. When corn begins to boil, lower temperature and let cook for about 30 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
