Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1- 8oz pkg spaghetti
1/4 cup butter ;½ large yellow onion, chopped
1 – 8oz pkg velvetta, cubed
1 can rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Place spaghetti in 13 x 9 baking dish greased with Pam.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion, and sauté 3 – 5 minutes or until tender. (Onions will turn clear) Add cheese and rotel, stirring until cheese melts. Stir in chicken and soup, blending well. Pour mixture over spaghetti in baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

  4. Serve with French bread and a salad to complete the meal. Enjoy!
