Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add salt and baking soda
For chocolate chip cookies - **add 3 cups flour. Mix well. Add 12oz pkg of chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
For white chocolate/macadamia nut cookies - **add 3 cups flour. Mix well. Add 12oz pkg white chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts.
For oatmeal/almond/cranberry cookies - **add 1 ½ cup flour and 3 cups old-fashioned oats. Mix well. Add 6 oz pkg of sliced almonds and 6oz pkg of craisins (dried
cranberries).
For chocolate chocolate chip cookies - **add 2 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup cocoa powder. Mix well. Add 12oz pkg chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped pecans (optional).
Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes then remove from pan. Enjoy!
If you have an iron skillet, you can make a skillet cookie. This recipe is enough to fill 2 skillets. I spray Pam on my skillet and then add the cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 49 minutes. Don't let it overlook. Remove from oven. Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream in the center and let everyone dig in! Enjoy!!
