In a large mixing bowl, drain pears, peaches, pineapple and apricots.
Combine fruit in another large bowl; add cherries. Spray a 3 qt round baking dish with Pam. Pour fruit into baking dish and set aside.
Stir juices together and remove 1 cup of juice.
In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and ginger. Gradually add 3/4 cup of juice mixture.
Add butter and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until butter is melted and mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of juice mixture.
Pour sauce over fruit mixture.
(At this time you can cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, uncover and let stand 10 minutes before baking)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
