Sesame Dressing


1/2 cup (2 oz) Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
3 TB White Sugar
1/2 tsp ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds, cook stirring frequently until lightly toasted. (watch because they burn quickly!)Remove from heat, and set aside.

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar , sesame seeds, ginger and pepper. Shake well.

Ready to serve and enjoy!
