Praline Pecan Cake Private

Ingredients

1 pkg Butter Pecan Cake Mix
1 container Coconut Pecan Frosting
4 eggs
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
1 Cup Chopped Pecans (divided)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

Created on March 13th, 2011

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease and flour and Bundt pan. (I use Bakers Joy spray)

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup chopped Pecans and 1/2 cup Brown Sugar.

Sprinkle into the bottom of the prepared bundt pan

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, frosting, eggs, oil water and the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.

Mix well on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.

Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (I started checking at 45 minutes)

Let cool for 15 minutes before removing cake from pan.
