In a square baking dish, spread softened cream cheese.
Drain all the juice from the Black Beans and the Rotel.
Layer Black Beans on top of cream cheese.
Layer Rotel on top of black beans.
Sprinkle cheese on top of Rotel.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
