In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar, until smooth.
Spread into the bottom of the pie shell.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk.
Beat for 2 minutes until it thickens. Set aside.
Spread a layer of cool whip onto cream cheese mixture.
Lay sliced bananas on top of the cool whip.
Spread the chocolate pudding on top of the banana layer.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
