Cut or shred chicken . Set aside.
Melt butter and cream cheese in skillet over medium heat, stirring often and watching not to burn cheese.
To butter and cream cheese mixture... add salt, pepper, milk,onions and chicken. Stir until all mixed together. Remove from heat.
Open croissant cans and separate dough. Place 1 TB of chicken mixture in center of dough and roll; pinching sides to close.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
** To make appetizer size – cut each croissant dough into thirds. Place 1 tsp of chicken mixture in middle and roll up.
