Chocolate Chow Mein Clusters

Ingredients

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 1 cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan or microwave, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips; stir until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chow mein noodles and peanuts until well coated.

  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

  5. Enjoy!
