Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, tomato, and salsa.
Place 1 tortilla in a greased deep dish pie plate.
Spread ½ can of spicy bean dip on top of the tortilla, sprinkle ½ cup cheese on top.
Place 1 tortilla on top of the bean dip & cheese.
Spread 2/3 cup of black bean mixture on top of the tortilla, sprinkle with ½ cup of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Cover last tortilla with remaining bean dip and black bean mixture, cover with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
