Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray individual custard cups or pie tarts with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
Stir in pears.
Spoon into prepared cups.
In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafers, pecans and butter. Sprinkle over pear mixture.
Place cups onto cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes or until pears are bubbling.
Serve warm; top with cool whip.
