Beer Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 can Beer (not light - room temperature)
- 3 Cups Self-rising Flour
- 3 TB Sugar
- 3 TB melted Butter

Instructions

Created on April 11th, 2006

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with Pam.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and sugar. Stir in beer; mix well.
  4. Pour into greased loaf pan. Pour 3 TB melted butter on top.
  5. Cover with saran wrap and let rise 20 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve and enjoy! (It is easier to cut after it is cool)
