Instructions for Layering Jar:
Layer ingredients attractively in any order in a 1-quart food storage jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Pack ingredients down slightly before adding another layer.
Cover the top of the jar with fabric; attach a gift tag with the recipe instructions.
Instructions for Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in pumpkin until well blended.
Add the contents of the jar; stir until just blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
