Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

14oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and Chopped
8oz ctn. Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 TB chopped Onion
1tsp. Lemon Zest
1 TB. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 envelope Vegetable Soup Mix
10oz pkg. frozen chopped Spinach, thawed and drained

Ingredients for Homemade Tortilla Chips:
1 pkg flour or corn tortillas
Cooking Spray
Seasoning – salt, garlic salt or seasoned salt (flavor is up to you)

   In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 days. Serve with fresh vegetables or homemade tortilla chips. Enjoy!


Directions for Homemade Tortilla Chips:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut tortillas into triangles or use cookie cutters to make shapes.
Lay tortillas onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spray with cooking spray and season with seasoning of your choice.
Bake 8-15 minutes or till golden.
Turn over spray and season again.
Return to oven for 3-5 minutes.
Store in ziplock bag. Enjoy!
