Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut all rolls in half and put bottom halves in a 9x13 pan.
Place equal amounts of ham on each roll, then top with a slice of Gruyere Cheese.
Spread cream cheese inside each of the roll tops.
Place the roll tops over the bottoms, creating a sandwich.
In a separate bowl, mix together butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
Pour over sandwiches and let sit for at least 20 minutes. (Can be made ahead of time and placed in refrigerator overnight).
Cover sandwiches in foil and place in oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until warmed all the way through.
