Beefy Baked Tortellini


1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
20oz Pkg Frozen Cheese Tortellini, no need to thaw or cook
14oz jar Spaghetti Sauce, your favorite kind
14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown hamburger meat and diced yellow onion.
Season with salt and pepper while cooking.
Drain grease, then stir in spaghetti sauce and tomatoes.
Using Pam, grease a 11x7 baking dish.
Spread 1/3 of sauce mixture on bottom of pan.
Arrange 1/2 of the tortellini on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella and monterey jack cheese over ravioli.
Repeat layers, ending with the sauce on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top before serving.
