Black Bean Queso

Ingredients

2 TB Butter
1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped
4 oz can Green Chilies
1 can Rotel diced chilies and tomatoes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 can Black Beans, drained
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 oz Velvetta, cut into small cubes
3 oz Cream Cheese, softened

Instructions

In a large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.

Add onions, saute until tender and clear.

Add green chilies, rotel, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook 5 minutes.

Add jalapeno, black beans, and cheeses; simmer until hot and bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
