Make sure your jars are clean and dry before starting.
For the graham crackers, either crush 1 package in a food processor or buy the crumbs already crushed (that's the easy way!).
After you have crumbs, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the graham cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix together and set aside.
In another medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and beat for 3 minutes, scraping the bottom as needed to make sure all the cream cheese is incorporated.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and beat for another minute.
Time to fill your jars :)
Spoon 2 heaping teaspoons of graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a clean glass jar.
Next, layer 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
Next, layer 2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling on top. Spread around to coat the top.
Spray a topping of Redi-whip on top of the pie filling.
Smooth it with a spoon and repeat all layers, ending with the Redi-whip.
Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
These will keep for a couple of days if you want to make them ahead of time.
