Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out a small amount of dough onto lightly floured surface. (I use powdered sugar instead of flour). Cut out with a cookie cutter; arrange 1”apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Makes about 3 dozen.
To decorate:
Heat frosting can, one at a time, in microwave for 30 seconds.
Dip cookie into white frosting and let set on wax paper.
Dip toothpick into pink frosting and draw design on cookie. Serve and enjoy!!
