Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Break apart graham crackers on their lines and line cookie sheet with them.
In a small pan over medium heat melt butter and margarine, pour in sugar.
Boil 2-3 minutesuntil bubbly and syrupy.
Pour hot mixture over graham crackers. Be sure to cover entire pan.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden, aprroximately 10-12 minutes. (don't underbake or they will be soggy)
Let cool for about 15 mintues, peel off of foil and then break into pieces.
