In a large saucepan, mix sugar, cream, corn syrup, and nuts. Cook over low heat until soft ball stage (238 degrees).
Remove from heat and stir with wooden spoon until creamy (like fudge).
Pour into a buttered loaf pan, angel food pan or mini muffin tins. Let set; when cool remove from pan.
If made into loaf or angel food shape, cut thin slices to serve. Enjoy!
