Remove meat from rotesserie chicken and chop or tear into bite size pieces. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic.
Cook for 10 minutes or until onion is tender.
Add flour, salt and pepper, and cook stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Gradually add milk, and stir to blend.
Bring mixture till just starting to bubble, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 3 minutes. stirring constantly.
Add cream cheese and parmesan cheese, and stir until cheese is melted.
Add chicken and basil, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Serve over hot cooked pasta and Enjoy!!
