Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Make the Chocolate Fudge First:
In a medium pot, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tbsp butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. (It will scorch if you stop stirring)
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme.
Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Make the Peanut Butter Fudge Next:
In a medium pot, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tbsp butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
