Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain.
While fettuccine is cooking, chop 5 garlic cloves. In large skillet over low heat, melt 1 tablespoon from the stick of butter and sauté the chopped garlic until golden in color. Add the rest of the butter and whipping cream. Continue cooking over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Continue cooking until mixture is creamy. If too thick, add more whipping cream.
Add fettuccine and toss well. Serve immediately.
Cooking Time: 11 minutes.
