Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles

Ingredients

- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
(to crush pretzels, place in a sealed ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin - a food processor works too but you want a little crunch not just crumbs)
- 1 lb chocolate almond bark

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer, combine butter, peanut butter, and corn syrup.

Add pretzels and 2 cups of powdered sugar.

Mix well.

Add additional powdered sugar if too sticky to roll into balls.

Roll dough into balls and place on wax paper.

Chill until hard.

Melt almond bark according to package directions.

Dip balls into chocolate and place back onto wax paper.

Store in an airtight container.
