In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, pepper, five-spice powder and red pepper flakes.
Place a few pieces of chicken at a time into bag.
Shake to coat. Remove, set aside on platter and repeat till all chicken is coated.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place chicken into skillet and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove chicken, set aside.
Place onion wedges and bell pepper in skillet, cook until slightly browned, about 2 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low.
Combine teriyaki, remaining 1/4 cup sesame seeds, and honey.
Pour into skillet with chicken, onions and peppers; stir until sauce thickens.
Serve and enjoy!
