Place walnuts in a skillet. Over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly browned.
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine orange juice, sugar, vinegar, mustard, oregano, pepper, and oil.
In a large bowl, toss the toasted walnuts, salad greens, oranges, and red onion. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
