In a large mixing bowl, blend with a whisk the bisquick, milk and eggs. Batter may be lumpy.Add fruit or chips or food coloring at this time.
Heat to medium heat and brush griddle or skillet lightly with oil. (I like to use real butter or bacon grease)
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. Wait until bubbles form and burst then turn. Cook till golden about 1 minute.
Serve with heated maple syrup or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
