7-layer tortilla pie

Ingredients

2 – 9oz cans Spicy Bean Dip
15 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tomato, diced
¼ cup Salsa
7 – 8” flour tortillas
2 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Created on September 19th, 2006

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing b owl, combine black beans, tomato and salsa.
Place 1 tortilla in a greased deep dish pie plate.
Spread ½ can of spicy bean dip on top of tortilla, sprinkle ½ cup cheese on top.
Place 1 tortilla on top of bean dip & cheese.
Spread 2/3 cup of black bean mixture on top of tortilla, sprinkle with ½ cup of cheese.
Repeat layers –
Cover last tortilla with remaining bean dip and black bean mixture, cover with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
