In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar and corn starch. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes. Add steak and ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Add the snow peas and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce mixture, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Lower heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and smooth.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles – Enjoy!
