Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the tenderloin to create medallions, about 2 inches thick.
Wrap the medallions with the bacon strips securing with toothpicks.
Season both sides of the medallions with lemon pepper and garlic salt.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter and olive oil.
Cook each medallion for 4 minutes on each side.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam).
Place medallions in baking dish and bake 17-20 minutes. The temperature of the pork should be 160 degrees.
Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!
