Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Wrap hoagies in foil and warm while preparing meat.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add steak and 1 TB Worcestershire Sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder, cook for 5 minutes or until steak is browned.
Remove steak from pan, set aside in a warm oven.
Add onion, bell pepper, and remaining 1 TB Worcestershire Sauce to skillet.
Cook for 8 minutes or until onion slices are translucent.
Return cooked steak to skillet with onion mixture.
Reduce heat to low, add provolone cheese.
Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Divide steak mixture among hoagies and serve warm.
