Chicken Spaghetti with mushrooms

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 TB butter
1/2 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup minced celery
6-8 sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 cups Whipping Cream
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 inch cube of Velvetta cheese, cut up

16oz pkg Spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained and rinsed

Instructions

In a large skillet, saute onion, garlic, and celery in butter until tender. Add mushrooms and saute 2-3 minutes. Add soups, whipping cream, velvetta,chicken, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Add sherry. Mix well. Grease a large casserole pan. Place 1/2 spaghetti noodles in pan. Pour 1/3 chicken mixture over. Layer remaining spaghetti and pour remaining mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
