Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
MAKE THE CHOCOLATE FUDGE FIRST:
In a medium pot, combine 1 1/2 cups Sugar, 6 TB butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. (It will scorch if you stop stirring)
Remove from heat and stir in CHOC CHIPS until melted.
Add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla and 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme.
Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
MAKE THE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE NEXT:

Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
Pour over choc fudge mixture.
Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
Store in airtight container.
