Choc & Pnt Butter Fudge

Ingredients

Chocolate Ingredients:
1 1/2cups Sugar
6 TB Butter
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
6oz pkg. Semi sweet choc chips
7oz jar Marshmallow creme (you will use half of this for the choc and the other half for the peanut butter)


Peanut Butter Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Sugar
6 TB Butter
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
The remaining half of the marshmallow creme
1/2 cup Peanut butter

Instructions

Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.

MAKE THE CHOCOLATE FUDGE FIRST:

In a medium pot, combine 1 1/2 cups Sugar, 6 TB butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.

Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. (It will scorch if you stop stirring)

Remove from heat and stir in CHOC CHIPS until melted.

Add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla and 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme.

Beat with electric mixer until well blended.

Pour into prepared pan.

MAKE THE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE NEXT:

In a medium pot, combine 1 1/2 cups Sugar, 6 TB butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.

Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. (It will scorch if you stop stirring)

Remove from heat and stir in PEANUT BUTTER until melted.

Add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla and 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme.

Beat with electric mixer until well blended.

Pour over choc fudge mixture.

Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.

Store in airtight container.
