- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 - 3 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 lbs chocolate almond bark, melted

In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer.
Add vanilla.
Gradually add 2 cups of flour and salt.
Add sweetened condensed milk.
Add chocolate chips and pecans; mix well.
If dough is too sticky, add more flour a tablespoon at a time until dough is firm enough to shape into balls. Using a small cookie scoop, shape into bite-size balls. (If dough is sticky, coat hands with cooking spray)
Place on wax paper; chill for 1-2 hours.
Melt chocolate bark according to package directions.
Dip cookie balls into chocolate to cover.
Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.
Place on wax paper and let chocolate harden before storing.
