Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients

- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 - 3 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 lbs chocolate almond bark, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer.
  2. Add vanilla.
  3. Gradually add 2 cups of flour and salt.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Add chocolate chips and pecans; mix well.
  6. If dough is too sticky, add more flour a tablespoon at a time until dough is firm enough to shape into balls. Using a small cookie scoop, shape into bite-size balls. (If dough is sticky, coat hands with cooking spray)
  7. Place on wax paper; chill for 1-2 hours.
  8. Melt chocolate bark according to package directions.
  9. Dip cookie balls into chocolate to cover.
  10. Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.
  11. Place on wax paper and let chocolate harden before storing.
  12. Enjoy!
