Cookie Dough Truffles


½ cup Butter, softened
¾ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 - 3 cups Flour
½ tsp. Salt
14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup semisweet mini choc chips
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 lbs Chocolate almonds bark, melted

In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer.

Add vanilla.

Gradually add 2 cups of  flour and salt.

Add sweetened condensed milk.

Add choc chips and pecans; mix well.

If dough is too sticky, add more flour 1/4 cup at a time till dough is firm enough to shape into balls.
Using a small cookie scoop, shape into bite size balls. (if dough is sticky, coat hands cooking spray)

Place on wax paper; chill for 1-2 hours.

Melt chocolate bark according to package directions.

Dip cookie balls into chocolate to cover.

Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.

Place on wax paper and chill to set.
