Cream Cheese Monkey Bread

Ingredients

2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Sugar
1 TB Cinnamon
2-12oz tubes (10 count) refrigerated flaky Biscuits
8 oz package Cream Cheese, cold, cut into 20 cubes
3/4 cup Butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks)

Instructions

Created on March 3rd, 2014

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon.
In another small bowl, melt butter in microwave.
Open 1 tube of biscuits and separate biscuits, laying on flat surface.
Place 1 cube of cream cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Wrap edges of dough up and around the cream cheese so that only the top of the cream cheese is visible.
Place dough wrapped cheese cube, cheese side up in bottom of bundt pan.
Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture on top and pour half of the melted butter on top.
Open the 2nd tube of biscuits and separate biscuits again - placing cream cheese cube in center and wrapping edges of dough up and around the cream cheese.
This time place the dough wrapped cream cheese cube, cheese side down, in the bundt pan.
Top with remaining sugar mixture and butter.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, invert onto a platter with edges (there is lots of gooeyness)
Serve and enjoy!
