Crunchy Broccoli Slaw


2 Bags Ramen Noodle Oriental flavor
¾ stick Butter
½ cup Slivered Almonds
½ cup Sunflower Seeds
4 Green Onions, chopped (optional)
1 bag Craisins

½ cup Canola Oil
½ cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup apple cider Vinegar
2 packets ramen noodle seasoning

Crush the ramen noodles while they are in the bag.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the crushed noodles and slivered almonds and sauté until golden.
(watch carefully because they go from not done to burned really quickly)
Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients of the dressing together.

In a large serving bowl, combine broccoli slaw, noodles, almonds, sunflower seeds, craisins and onions.

Toss with dressing and serve. Enjoy!
(Once you toss with dressing, you will want to serve it. The noodles get soggy if left overnight. The flavor is still good but you might not get the crunch you were expecting!
