Directions for Salad:
In a large skillet, brown noodles and pecans in butter (noodles take longer). Cool on paper towel. Chop onions and broccoli. In a large bowl, combine onions, broccoli,romaine lettuce, cooled pecans and noodles. Toss with dressing and serve. Enjoy!
Directions for dressing:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine with wisk wine vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Add oil and wisk vigorously. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired. Toss with salad and enjoy!
