Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp mustard
2 TB mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 dill pickles, chopped
or
2 TB pickle relish
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika for topping

Instructions

To boil an egg -
Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, covering with water. Place lid on pan and bring water to a boil. Remove pan from heat, leave lid on and let set for 15 minutes. Remove from water and rinse in cold water till cool. Peel under running water.

To make Deviled Eggs -
Peel eggs and slice in half. Remove yolk and place in a large mixing bowl. Add mustard, mayonnaise, onion and pickles. Mix together till creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
