Fabulous Fruit Salad

Ingredients

- 1 Red Apple, cored and chopped
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and chopped
- 1 Nectarine, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 stalk Celery, chopped
- 1 cup seedless Grapes, green or red
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 2-6oz containers Nonfat Lemon Yogurt

**This recipe is super flexible. Add your favorite fruits or leave out the ones you don't like! You can also use 1 Vanilla Yogurt and 1 Lemon or 1 Key lime Yogurt. Be creative!**

  1. Pour yogurt into a strainer lined with paper towels to remove moisture; set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine apples, nectarine, blueberries, celery, and grapes.

  3. Add yogurt. Refrigerate till the next morning.

  4. Add cranberries and walnuts before serving to enjoy the crunch.
